Department of Human Services Funding

Funding is provided for each child enrolled in the 4 year old groups only. Every child is entitled to one year of funding. An additional subsidy is paid for Health Care Card/Pensioner Health Benefits Card Holders. For more information, please visit the Department of Human Services website.

Best Chance (Child and Family Care Network)

Emmanuel Anglican Kindergarten is part of a cluster management group. This means that the Child and Family Care Network (CFCN) act as licensee and employ and manage all teaching and relief staff. They also administer payment of wages and preservation of staff entitlements, develop and implement a Professional Development program abd develop and monitor policies and procedures.
